Who is the instructor?

Databasey is comprised of 12 team members who are steeped in both fundraising operations and front-line fundraising. We have multiple instructors who will weigh in and offer support to learners, but Mary Hackett (our founder) teaches most courses. 

Does it matter what database I'm in?

Nope! This course is relevant and applicable for all databases. Before the course, we'll ask you which database you are in, so we can tailor your experience and send you relevant information based on your database.

How does this course work?

This is a learn-at-your-own-pace course, so you can absorb the materials and the companion worksheets in your own time. Once this course is purchased, you will have access to it for two years. We'll check in to see how you're doing and if you need any help.

What kind of support is available?

We've got you. We'll check in with you via email to see how you're doing. Additionally, each course has a private group inside the portal where you can engage with other students in the course. This is where you can get advice and feedback from other learners.
